SUMMARY:Second training school on dynamic in vitro models of the human GIT
DESCRIPTION:This second training school\, jointly organized by MEDIS (Université Clermont Auvergne\, France) and CMET (Ghent University\, Belgium)\, aims to train about complex dynamic in vitro gut models\, with a particular focus on systems integrating oral and small intestine microbiota\, high-throughput models and diseased-related conditions. This training school is directly linked to the goal of WG2 “extension to other gastrointestinal compartments” and WG3 “extension to diseases conditions”. Training will be performed on a large range on in vitro models including TIM\, ARCOL\, ARILE\, ESIN\, SHIME\, mini-bioreactors and anaerobiosis methods.
