COST Action CA23110 (INFOGUT) — Grant Period 2 (01.11.2025. – 31.10.2026.)
Purpose
The INFOGUT COST Action (CA23110) invites applications for Dissemination Conference Grants (DCG). A Dissemination Conference Grant provides financial support to an Action Participant delivering an oral presentation on the work, activities and results of the INFOGUT Action at a high-level conference fully organised by a third party, that is, not organised nor co-organised by the COST Action. The aim is to significantly increase the visibility of INFOGUT in the research community, attract additional participants and stakeholders, and disseminate the Action’s results to relevant end-users.

Financial support
A Dissemination Conference Grant is a fixed financial contribution (lump sum), decided by the Action MC or Core Group on proposal of the evaluators, and reflects the duration and location of the conference and the actual conference fee. The maximum amount is up to EUR 2,500 per grant for face-to-face conferences, or EUR 500 for online conferences. The grant does not necessarily cover all expenses related to participation. Applicants shall not receive different types of conference grants in the same Grant Period.
Number of grants available: 6 (subject to fund availability).
